Dear Mr./Ms. _______,

We received your papers of registration into the Double Diamondless training program and we are pleased to announce you have been accepted.

As you know The DD Training Program is specialized Western riding. You will be riding with one of our skilled trainers. The training program will provide a horse for you if you do not or cannot bring one. If you do bring your own mount we have stabling.

For those of you who are too young to rent or buy your own home in the area you do know we provide housing and you are welcome to stay on the ranch with us. We will provide meals and you are allowed into town though there are restrictions which are on another page of this letter.
